OUR LATEST UPDATE - MARCH 24th
Following the decision by the government to restrict all non essential movement, we are operating a dramatically reduced service at our Evesham and Pershore surgeries.
This means that we will be postponing all face-to-face routine healthcare for our patients.
We will, of course, continue to provide care for our patients in these challenging times but unless it is essential for your pet to attend the practice for urgent/emergency treatment, we will primarily be doing this via video consultations.
Video consults will be charged at the normal consultation rate of £42. If you do not have this facility available we will do a phone consultation. If a video consult indicates that you need to come and see us at the clinic you will not be charged a second consultation charge for this examination.
We will be assessing cases over the phone to decide which patients require attendance at the clinic or a video consult.
What does this mean for you our clients?
The doors of the practice in Evesham and Pershore will be closed.
We will ask you to call us from the car park to inform us of your arrival if you need to come in:
Medicines will be posted or can be collected from the practice with no contact but please ring first to order, pay over the phone and arrange the method of collection.
If we recommend that you need to attend the practice with your pet we will follow a set protocol which we will explain over the phone.
Please do contact us to discuss any concerns you have.
We all have a duty to look after each other but we know many of you will be very worried about your companion's health and welfare.
Take care, stay safe and we will update you regularly
