COVID-19: Protocol for visiting the practice

We have COVID-19 safety practices in place - ensuring a safe environment for our clients
  • Please ensure you wear a face covering at all times on our premises and adhere to social distancing guidelines when dealing with our staff

  • If we are operating an open door policy we will only accept 1 person per pet

  • Please use hand hygiene stations when entering the building.

  • If you are self-isolating, we ask that where it is safe to do so, a friend or family member bring the pet to the practice.

  • Please do not arrive too early for your appointment to reduce waiting time.

  • Our preferred payment option is by card or online via our website.

  • Please allow 48 hours for prescription and food requests.

  • If you are collecting medication or food, a member of staff (wearing appropriate protective clothing) will bring it out to you in the car park.

  • Please note that if your pet requires hospitalisation you will not be able to visit them during this time.

  • During this period we appreciate that some owners may need to make some difficult decisions regarding their pet's quality of life. We have protocols in place for euthanasia, please ring to discuss.

Please inform us if any of the following apply to you:-
